Compose
You can create and display custom items using the Chorus platform. When creating a mobile app, the code tool is used to create and style custom items such as tables, cards and buttons. Code also makes it easy to format and style some pre-existing chorus components including buttons, tables and text. Chorus recognizes and cooperates with the use of HTML, CSS and some JavaScript. There are a few ways to add code to your app.
Adding code to your Chorus App
To add a new code component, navigate to the Compose page and select "add new element."

Select "code" from the add new element menu.

In the example below, there is code for a custom card with a checkbox and text. while typing in your custom code, as with most other chorus components, a preview of what you will see in your app will display to the right of the area you are typing in.

When you add code to a page, you can see how it will look to your clients once you click "add Code."

Additionally, the code method would also be used to perform tasks including embedding videos in your app.
