Compose
You can require phone numbers as a component of your Chorus app using the Phone Element. This component could be helpful for capturing specific user information like phone numbers, emergency contact phone numbers or any other phone number.
How to add a phone number feature to your app
To add a new text composer item, navigate to the Compose page and select "add new element."

Select "Phone" from the add new element menu.
In the phone options menu, you can give your phone component a name and a caption.

If you want to make it a requirement for someone using your app to enter their phone number, switch the "required" toggle to on. Under the advanced options menu, you can make some additional customizations to your phone feature.
When you add a phone feature, you can see how it will look to your clients once you click "Add Phone."

*Tip: although someone using your app will be able to enter their phone number in the phone field, they cannot submit it until you have added a submit "button" from the chorus elements.
Managing Elements
Mousing over an element will highlight the element area. Use the pencil icon to edit or remove that particular element. You can also use the arrow icons to move an element up or down on a page. Click on the yellow plus sign to add a new element to a page.
