Adding the Number Feature to your Chorus App

You can require numbers as a component of your Chorus app using the Number Element. This component can be useful for capturing number like age, weight, or some other specific number set.

How to add a number feature to your app

To add a new text composer item, navigate to the Compose page and select "add new element."

Select "Number" from the add new element menu. 

In the number options menu, you can give your number component a name and a caption. 

Additionally, you can require that a user enters a number in the number field by turning on the required toggle. Finally, under the advanced options menu, you can set additional perimeters to your number component. 

When you add a number feature, you can see how it will look to your clients once you click "Add Number."

*Tip: although someone using your app will be able to enter numbers in the number field, they cannot submit it until you have added a submit "button" from the Chorus elements.

Managing Elements

Mousing over an element will highlight the element area. Use the pencil icon to edit or remove that particular element. You can also use the arrow icons to move an element up or down on a page. Click on the yellow plus sign to add a new element to a page.
