Easy Survey | Create a Confirmation Page

In the last step, you will add a new interaction to confirm that the end user's responses have been submitted.

1. Give the interaction a name.  For a survey we recommend a simple confirmation naming convention such as: Survey Confirmation.

2. Once here, select New Page to create a static text page

3.  Then, using the yellow + button and selecting the Text Composer element, you can create a message for the end users to view when they submit their responses.  Also, using the yellow + button you can add a Button from the input selection of the elements list and style as you'd like.  Here is an example:
