Easy Survey | Create Your App

What is an "Easy Survey?"

Just as it sounds, an "Easy Survey" is a simplified way for creating a survey in Chorus.  As long as you know how many and what type of questions you have, you can use Chorus to set up your survey and data tables in the most simple way possible.

Check out our detailed Getting Started Guide to learn everything you need to about how to set up your account.

The first step to creating an "Easy Survey" is to create your app.  Once you've set up your app, you can add interactions and questions.  From there, you will set up your data structures and then your app is ready to go!

Step 1: First you will need to log into your Chorus account at: app.joinchorus.com/login

Step 2: From the My App section select Click to Add

Step 3: After you give the survey a name and a description select Create App.

Before proceeding to the next step we highly recommend that you "mobilize" your app.  This essentially "turns it on" which will allow you to test as you create your survey. We recommend testing after each change is made so if you make a mistake, it is easy to go back and catch it.
